Admission Procedure

Prospectus containing Registration Form / Provisional Admission Form shall be collected from the school after the admission dates have been declared for the session starting from April of that year.

The non-refundable registration fee along with the form must be submitted before the date indicated on the bulletin board in the school office.

No student will be admitted unless he produces a Transfer Certificate from his previous school. If he has not attended a school previously he must produce a Birth Certificate. Moreover, an affidavit is required for the Date of Birth attested by a First Class Magistrate or Notary Public on Rs. 10/- Non Judicial Stamp Paper. In addition, the parents of all applicants must sign an Age Declaration Form guaranteeing that at no time, and under no circumstances, will any request be made for a change in the date of birth of the student.

For other classes also there is a corresponding scale of minimum and maximum ages respectively. The school authorities reserve the right through the Director to reject any application for admission without assigning any reason and even to expel any student already admitted to the school. Fees deposited will not be refunded even if the student prefers not to continue or withdraws himself at any time during the session.

 

General Guidlines

Books, Stationery & School Uniform
The text books and other accompanying essential stationery and School Uniform are available in the school itself, on payment basis, for the convenience of the parents. A student who is not neatly dressed or not in proper uniform may be sent home or fined. Every student must have a copy of the diary which must be brought to the school daily.

 Attendance
75% attendance (excluding the period of sickness etc.) is compulsory for a student to qualify to appear for the examination. Total days are counted from the day of opening of the school and not from the date of admission of the student. The names of such student who keep themselves absent continuously for ten working days will be struck off automatically without any sort of prior notice to the guardians to this effect. Half day leave is not granted.

Withdrawals
The intended withdrawal of a student from the school must be given to the Principal/Director in writing at least three months (90 days) in advance along with a copy of the receipt of the fees.

The school has the right to ask the parents to withdraw their child:

(a) for breach of discipline .

(b) for unsatisfactory progress in work.

(c)for detention or repeated detention in class.

(d)whose conduct sets a bad example for others .

(e)Immorality or willful damage to school property.
